New to me Krieger 300 sav

Post by chas1949 »

Just received today a M81 300 sav Krieger.
Total disassembly, clean, lube and reassemble.
Refinish stock and all back together ready to shoot as soon as finish completely dry.
Really glad to have landed this one as my other one was drilled for a Williams scope mount which I plugged the holes for.
Thank you MinnesotaDan for letting go of this one.

The powerhouse of the 8/81 family, the 300 Sav! This was always my favorite hunting choice, an 81 in 300 Sav w/ 180gr Core-Loks. Heavy hitting springpole...on both ends!

Nice rifle!!!!!!

Yes it is a good one and happy to have it.
Now just looking for a Redfield 102N to use the holes in rear of receiver. I have a Williams rear mount to trade also.
