Remington-marked Carving Set Cutlery

Not related to M8/81, but I have a very nice Remington-marked carving set from, I'd guess, the 1930's. It has stag-handled knife, fork, and sharpening steel in an art deco design Bakelite box. I don't know if I want to sell it or not, depends on what it is worth. Any ideas as to what I have and approximate value?
I bought it at an estate sale back in the early 1980s, and it's been gathering dust for the last 30 years. Might make a nice Xmas present for a Remington fan. PM me if you know about this.
