Congratulations on a good season. I’ve never tried it, but a friend of mine got a Bobcat last year and claimed it was very good eating. I think he did like most do down here with Javelina by making Chorizo sausage out of it.

Now if we could only use our 8/81's in Pennsylvania to hunt. it would be much more fun!
