Im glad i stumbled across The great Model 8 site and was able to join. Back in the late 60’s early 70,s my dad was a Winchester mod 70 guy, who wasn’t. He found a Remington 721 in 300 HH, he had the mod 70 in 300 HH, he was doing hand loading at the time, so he did some experimenting between the two rifles, the 721 out shot the 70 ,long story short the Mod 70’s were sold to make room for Remingtons. I inherited most of his collection
model 722, 721,725, 25,12. I added the model 30, 14,141,760, 700 and the 8.
Has anyone seen , owned a 721 in 264 Win mag, 26 inch barrel?

Your dad had similar "good" taste to what the crowd here is interested in. I imagine a handful of those harvested their fair share of game animals. You added some nice Model's to an already wonderful collection.
