Griffin & Howe or Jaeger Single Lever Side Mount

I'm looking for information on Griffin & Howe (or Jaeger) single lever side scope mounts. I have a Remington Model 8 with a single lever side mount plate attached. I am hoping to find & purchase the single lever mount made for the Lyman Alaskan with 7/8" tube. If anyone has information or mounts, I would greatly appreciate any help.
