Good evening (well, at least here it is) everyone!

I finally got my hands on my first Model 8 and am excited to get it cleaned up and ready for the range. Supposedly it's a 1910 in .35 Remington, but I haven't put much work into research yet. Trying to get it cleaned up but ran into a snag with the charging handle (non-standard) which brought me here. Thanks for letting me join the board!

Welcome to the forum. Congratulations on finding the model 8. Let us know what you may need for the charge handle. We maybe able to give some direction to help with you issue. If you can post some pictures that will be appreciated.

Has your rifle been modified to take the non standard charging handle? If not, it would probably not be too difficult to replace it with a standard one.
