Model 8 Rifle Trunk

Post by Long Recoil » Tue Mar 26, 2019 2:04 pm

I've always wanted a custom rifle trunk. To me, very little is as classy as a fitted trunk. My Dad built this one for me. It's a prototype of sorts but a very nice one. It holds a second barrel and has room for ammunition, cleaning tools, sling, turnscrews, and an oil canister (in front of the forend).

It fits a standard stock and semi-pistol grip.

It is one of my prized possessions.

A fitted rifle trunk is a very cool accessory to have, and your Dad is very talented.

Good afternoon
That is handsome ! Your dad did a fine job. Thank you for posting this.
That gives me an idea for a "takedown'" that our family has.
