williams sights

Post by remi31 »

good evening all. I have a Williams FP-81 peep sight and am wondering if I should hear an audible click noise when adjusting it. Mine makes no noise at all. Any responses would be appreciated. Good luck to all hunters this up coming season(s).

Back in the day, Williams had an economy version of their receiver sights called the "5D"--stood for $5, so you know it was a long time ago.
The only difference between the 5D and the more spendy Williams peep sight was the lack of "clicks" on the 5D.

Not sure about current Williams sights---but if u have an older one, might be a 5D.
