Has anyone ever run across any factory .35 Rem FMJ loads for police, military, or paramilitary use?
While we were sightseeing around his old hometown last year, my elderly Pop pointed out an area where there was an early 20th century police rifle range. It had been recently leveled to build a propane tank storage center, so we stopped to have a look around. Most of what we found below the heavy clay backstop were .30-40 Krag and .45-70 Trapdoor bullets.
.......but I did find a large number of .358" FMJs that weigh a nominal 200 grains. Here are three minimally-damaged ones that I picked from several dozen found - and cleaned them up in the case tumbler:
No doubt fired in M-8/81s or M-14/141s...?

There's an "Old School" box of Peters HIGH VELOCITY 200 Grain 35 Remington "Metal Cased" on GunBroker right now. I do not know the seller. The box is very nice. The brass may have some split cases from the looks of the pictures that the seller provided.

Not much time left in the auction though (1 day 5 hours).
Nice box for the money!
