We have not seen one of Pitchy's interesting post in some time -- hope I don't have to spend the winter without seeing one of Pitchy's great inventions !!!!!

+1!

Pitchy's posts definitely added to my interest level in all things Remington and Browning-related!

Hope to hear back from you soon, Pitchy!

Good to see you back. Any new steam boats?
Nice looking rifle and I see some live ammo in the wood pile.
Does it KICK?

Thanks, no new boats as we have been traveling quite a bit lately .
The carbine with the more mild butt plate doesn`t kick near as much as the rifle version with the crescent butt plate.

Pitchy,

I like the ones with saddle rings. Nice forearm too, a little trueoil might make the grain pop. ;) Course you could prefer the factory finish.
My Brother and I got his twin a Browning BLR 300M (takedown) last year for his diligence while Mom was in end of life trails. It's pretty.

Now I have a rant, I posted three threads about State parks in this forum and only got one reply
All kinds of views but no replies, I hate that and will not take the time to post pictures if no one can take the time to respond.
And I`ve heard all the excuses that I don`t buy either, rude as far as I`m concerned and won`t post any more if this is the thanks ya get.

Well Pitchy, I enjoyed your posts and I apologize for not indicating so and saying thank you. This is an area of USA I have never visited and not familiar with. Wide open plains country, can imagine the herds of buffalo, deer, elk, antelope and native americans that used to roam, times have changed, certainly not all good. Time only goes forward for good or bad. You enjoyed your time in these places, that is the main thing, Thank You For Sharing. Jerry

Hey Pitchy, many of us do appreciate the picture posting that's for sure! Please keep in mind however this is a very small forum, it may show thousands of members but I will tell you there are only a handful of very active members. I hope a lack of comments you don't take personally, that's just the way it is in a small forum like ours.

I`m not really taking it personally, if you look at the number of views quite a few members looked at my threads unless non registered peoples show up as views.
Hey I`m just trying to make it a more active place to be that`s all, if no one replies it ain`t worth the trouble of making videos or picture and posting them, at least for me anyway.
It only takes a minute to reply to threads and it sure makes the poster of the thread fell better.

You`ve made my case

Not getting on anyones case but if ya got time to read the thread you have time to reply, it makes for such a more family atmosphere. :)
