Throwback Thursday Picture!

Here's a cool picture of two Border Patrol agents from the 1940's near McAllen, Texas. If you look closely you'll see the front sight of the Model 81 appears raised like the FBI issue Model 81's. Cool stuff!

Hey Cam,
What a great photo. I'm sure glad you found it and posted it here on the forum. It looks like a winchester 1892,not an 1894. That's interesting to me because they stopped making the win.92 when the world war 2 began. There may have been a few made after it began but I don't think too many were.
