There is a Model 8 on Gunbroker in 25 Rem right now
#569804598. Is that the correct rear sight?
Any other comments about it?

Tang sight is an aftermarket Williams, which unfortunately for this gorgeous rifle required the drilling & taping of 2 holes in the back of the receiver
Rear sight on barrel jacket is a nice aftermarket folding Marbles.

to me that is way to much for hat rifle that has had the receiver d&t
