This color plate is from the 1914 catalog of the Hibbard, Spencer & Bartlett Co, a large hardware wholesaler located in Chicago. They were apparently distributors of Peters ammunition as it is the only ammunition brand they list. If you look closely, you can see boxes of Peters cartridges in .25 Remington Autoloading, .32 Remington Autoloading, and .35 Remington Autoloading. It is a huge catalog and this is one of very few color plates contained in it.
