WTB 81 in .300 Savage with special request(s)

On my previous 81, the "gunsmith" messed up installing the weaver scope mount. scope didn't hold zero and I sold it for a loss. I would ideally want a 81 in .300 Savage that has been professionally checkered. I assume that wont be the case, so it breaks down as three requests:
1.) Remington 81 in .300 Savage
2.) Checkering service for the 81
3.) Professionally drill and tap for the Pachmayr scope mount I purchased
