Just a little tidbit of info here. The action spring from a Remington model 11 or Savage model 720 shotgun will work fine in the Remington model 8 or 81 and should be a lot cheaper and easier to find. Be safe and enjoy life. ROB

That is great information. I am sorry thatI wasn't able to help Dennis, but now I will have an answer if ever asked again. By the way I have spent the last week trying to find that small box of parts and have had no luck.
