Model 8 bolt not locking up

Hi all,
I picked up a model 8 today and am having some issues. I disassembled the rifle for cleaning and after reassembly the bolt will not fully close. I have torn it down and reassembled 6 times without success. Any advice on what is wrong or what I am doing incorrectly would be greatly appreciated. This is my first post here so hopefully I have it in the correct category. I tried to post photos but they are too large. Any help on how to attach photos would be appreciated as well.
