Went to Cabellas today, and traded my Ruger Red Label 12 gauge over/under for a Remington 11-87 12 gauge semi-auto Upland Special with an English butt stock, with a 23" barrel and screw in chokes, and CASH!!! I felt that the Ruger was too expensive a shotgun for field use, and I prefer the semi-auto configuration of the Remington for chukar hunting in the eastern Oregon sagebrush.
I am excited, and can't wait for some decent weather to go shoot all of my recent acquisitions.
