Javelinas on both sides of the fence

1st one stalked to close range with G23, 40S&W 165gr GD, second 204 Ruger 45gr VMAX both DRT. First one other side with BLR 243 100 gr BT 150 yds ran 100 yds. Second one over there with BLR 223 64gr GD at 90 yds ran 20 yds.

Texas's own collared peccary! Great shots (and pictures) of some truly amazing creatures. We have a season on them in Mitchell County from October 1-February 24 but I've never seen one on our place. I've got a cool picture to share with you of one that survived an arrow through the mouth only to be killed a long time later by a rifle.
