Nice one Adam, if it's OK I may be able to post a couple photos of another caliber matchup. :)
How 'bout it Cam?

I picked up a Rossi .357 lever carbine recently from my local gun emporium of death. The gun was on the rack in the aisle and was listed as new and instead of a rear sight it had a picatinny rail fitted. The counter guy found the box but no rear sight so I got a wee price break on it. :) I had an extra micro red dot so now I have a sorta Winchester 92 with an optic on it. More fun than a barrel of sliced bread. :)

that's very cool - I just also discovered that I did indeed win the auction, so soon enough I will also be joining the faux Model 92 lever action consortium!!

The .357/.38 Special chambering is what made me do it - what a perfect match for my Security Six!

And....for the Ruger SS....my wife is getting me a.....
Sourdough Pancake™- Leather Concealment Holster
Quick Strips™ - 2 Strips per Package
Most Versatile Ammo Pouch - Leather Ammo Pouch
Real Man's Gun Belt - Single Layer of Leather

yeah! sure takes the edge off of work!!
