A previous owner had fitted a scope rail to my Model 8. Shooting it a few days ago, I realized my aging eyes weren't cooperating in the whole "sight picture" thing. So I may try a scope.

Can anyone guess what kind of scope rings this rail might need? The width across the dovetail tips is a hair over .70".

Joe PM'd me to tell me the picture wasn't showing up. I would've sworn the preview looked okay... let me try again.

Looks to be a Weaver Base like the one using the integral rings described in the below previous post.
