Photo Bucket Ransom fix for Firefox

Post by Sarge756 » Sat Jan 06, 2018 10:44 am

Information passed on from another forum: If you have used Photobucket in the past to post photos either here or elsewhere then you know that they are being held for ransom. Is a real pain when trying to review a past post yours or someone elses. The link below is the fix for Mozilla Firefox. There is one for Chrome also. Will post that link in reply to this thread.

addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/photobucket-fix/
".......ain't many troubles that a man cain't fix
With seven hundred dollars and a thirty ought six."

For Chrome - chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... aedg?hl=en

Then search for PHOTOBUCKET
".......ain't many troubles that a man cain't fix
With seven hundred dollars and a thirty ought six."

Glad it worked for you. Pretty painless and no cost. Please feel free to post anywhere you like. With yours and others able to recover photos it helps ease the pain of what they did.
