I used a Model 8 in 30 Rem last week with cast bullets to harvest this spike buck.

good job! nice deer and rifle.....
I have never harvested an animal, but I have killed quite a few.............

Congrats. One of these days, I hope to get one of my 5 Model 8/81's out into the field! :shock:
