Doe With the M81

Post by Wildgoose »

Between my grand daughter (Old Remington M722 300 Savage) and myself (M81 300 Savage) we took three bucks and one doe. I had a shot on the only doe just this morning. Finally got a chance to put the old 81 back in action.

A lot of water under the bridge good and bad,
Bad when i did it my way, Good when i did it Gods way.

Mornin Pitchy,
No, its one I bought to use for my Hawkin muzzle loader many years ago. Can't even remember who the maker was. It has come in handy for use with my 1895 Winchester and the Model 8 and 81's. No need to modify the gun and comes in handy getting into the tree stand and such.
