Model 81 Case ID & Value

Looking for help on who made the case I received with a 1940 Model 81. Came with Key and cleaning kit. Only markings on the case are shown in last pic. They are 260 and 81R I assume that means 26" case for 81 Remington. All the straps are intact. Any idea on a value would also be great.
