Nope. The photo of the 8 at top of the page is correct. No ramp type sights were used to my knowledge. That appears to be late model Remington such as 742/760 or a Williams aftermarket.

Thanks Sarge756. I could not find them or the rear sight in John Henwood's The Great Remington 8 book, but thought I would ask anyway.
