I'm thinking too that the seller might be doing a legal thing like gun manufacturers did by stamping those "Read Instruction Manuel" on gun barrels to alleviate themselves from gun owners law suits who don't follow basic rules of shooting and stating in owner's manuals not to shoot reloade...
