Had disc surgery a week ago, so I'll be a little less active for a while. Luckily it seems to be a great success.

Just got 6 weeks of rehab.

Be sure to check your bolt carrier for mushrooming from the hammer in the F/p hole, it can cause the pin to hang. It would affect a replacement too.

My personal opinion would be to just plug the holes w/ plug screws. A reblue has more effect on condition for most of us than a set of scope holes. Just a thought, weld up & blueing will be almost as much as another rifle.

After all she does want a sister to join her in the safe.

very nice. I like the Browning scatter guns with the classic receiver as well. Got to shoot one this past summer and was pleasantly surprised at the pointability and recoil too.
