i was just looking at the video cam put on youtube a wile back. if you look at the guns on top of the car and if you look at the bore of the model 8 it looks like a 25 caliber not a 35 that has been spun into legend. i wonder if it was a 25?

no i am to lazy to run a saw mill, its my brothers mill that sawed them. i will post a few photos when he saws some cedar logs next week. the lumber always makes for a good photo.

Image well if you like rugers here you go, my 1984 model 77 mannlicher in 243 with a usa made steel burris 1-3/4x5 i found the gun in a pawn shop and added the scope.

Image has anyone got one of these? it is my 1935 transition in 30 rem. it is the only one i have ever encountered. they were not stamped game-master, just 141 and a model 14 22in barrel.

i use imr 3031 behind that nosler, it shoots better than i can. i just run 30 rem. brass through the 25 rem. die. at first i had no 25 rem. dies so i necked the brass with a 250-3000 die, it worked perfect until i found a nos set of bair dies on ebay. every now and then you may lose a piece of brass...

i like to help anyone i can because a people have helped me over the years. it's probably been 5 years ago when i got a few hundred pieces of 30 rem. brass from reeds ammo on line. i neck them up or down depending on 25-30- or 32 application.

i do think about where all my old guns have been. and how many deer they have killed. i have a smith wesson HE 32-20 made in 08 that's 1908 model 8 35 made in 33, a 25 made in 08 also and a 32 model 8 made in 1927, that 32 i know i got it from a lady in cal. that said her daddy they called bobo hunt...

i was born a reloader! well almost, i started in 1967 when i was 10 and never looked back. glad you got the 1906. the closest i have is a 1908 25 cal. it is my most accurate one. what cal. is yours?
