assembled my first Anderson LPK

Hey 'yall -

No big deal, just had a fun afternoon assembling my first AR-15 lower kit from Anderson. The parts kit and the lower are both Anderson. Went together nice, now I am that much closer to my 6.5 Grendel LOL!

Carl, thanks again for your quick and relevant comments. I just got some luck on web surfing for a RN .321 bullet at the Hawk Bullets website. They make a .321 RN bullet specific to the Remington Model 14! Just scroll down the page a bit. I am looking into this for sure! http://hawkbullets.com/maste...

Re: .300 Savage/.35 Remington bolt questions for 'yalls

Thanks for the "reality check" Carl - figured that the bolt face would be different once I looked at it and measured, but wasn't sure about it. So, the bolt extension or bolt itself - not the entire bolt carrier assembly - is one of three unique bolt face dimensions. Got it! There's a .35 bolt/anoth...

.300 Savage/.35 Remington bolt questions for 'yalls

Afternoon gents! While waiting for my dawgz to settle down, (they are now asleep :D ) I had a moment to think about a project 8/81 idea I have brewing. I'd like to make my .300 Savage-barreled Model 81 Krieger "convertible" to a .35 Remington front half. IIRC, the springs/bolt bodies are the same - ...

newbie reloader with .32 bullet questions

Hey guys. I have posted before that I own a Model 14 chambered in .32 Rem, and also managed to swing a trade deal with a friend here for an early/unmarked .32 Rem Model 8 barrel. That barrel is now sort of a convertible for my .30 Rem chambered Model 81. So here's my reloading-related question for '...
