Couple of things to keep in mind... a. You cannot ship to a C&R holder in the republic of CA. C&R holders within the state can still sell and swap with other C&R holders but only within CA state lines and some say only F2F can't even ship within state. b. There is NO law that says you have to reveal...

I believe you are correct on value, and as the Blue Book indicates the "store guns" really have lilttle collector interest. At his price, he'll be enjoying his for a long time - then his wife can give it away after he is gone. :roll:
