Hey DWalt, You are interpreting the code correctly. I am not a reloading authority but there are some guys on the forum that are. Maybe they can give you some insights into the reloading questions. If you got the gun broken down by trial and error, you can see how easy it is to do. As far as what el...

Hey DWalt, Glad to hear you have purchased a 81. They are fine rifles and you will like shooting it. There are postings on the site on how to tear the rifle down and it is easy to do. Hey Mitch,
What does an original box look like for one of these rifles? Would you mind posting some pictures of it? I have never seen an original box but I have been told some of the guns were shipped in wooden crate like boxes. I think there is one of these in Henwood's book. Thanks Mitch.

Hey Cam,
Hot Diggitty!! Another variation. I can't believe that someone would take the 15 POE and cut it down. It brings a tear to my eye. I'll be waiting for the rest of the story. I have to ask if there is any possible way that this would be for sale?

Hey Joe, The rifle is a fair price if you wanted it!! I watched this rifle and it appeared to be nice. I suspect it has been refinished. You should be able to tell by seeing if the wood is sharp and not rounded. Swivels were often added by owners. Take it out and put some rounds through it. jack1653
