Many thanks Cam...ive never tried drifting one before so ill follow the bullets and tap easy..got some new loads to try today...give them a try before i do any adjustments..

Hello fellas...i finally worked up some handloads for my 1936 model 81 30 rem Ive tried some 155gn lead and some 170 speer hcfn Lead so far not working action but tight groups..speer tight groups as well but they both like to shoot left 3 inches or so at 50 yrds Are there any adjustments on the fact...

Sling

Hi fellas.. Got a 1936 standard 30 rem with checkered stock on the easy lay away plan..mean time looking for a nice leather sling to dress it up a bit

Any tips on a period correct style sling and the proper size i might find on e bay or elsewhere

Many thx for the tips yes its a re blue job..looks well done but lord only knows what thats hiding! The shop has a gunsmith that i will ask to give me his opinion..after that like u said its a roll of the dice It is a plain jane model 30 rem asking price $299..hope its not a wall hanger Thx again. Mod 81 30 rem 1936 3 digit looks like good or better..but i dont know what else to look for...any tips for a 1st timer..

Hi fellas..hello from the west coast ..dont hold it agin me!! Im a life long fisherman and live in a small ca delta town of Walnut Grove on the sacramento river Just got bit last year with the gun bug and been pickin up where i left off in my younger days shootin and hunting back in the good ol 70s ...
