Why wouldn't they be loading it, with the prices that are being charged ?
Prices of all ammo (and everything else) has gone way up.

Mine in .32 Rem. firing factory ammo does back the primer out a bit. I can understand this in a reload, perhaps, if something is not done quite right, but why in a factory round. Yes, the ammo is 50+ years old. Any other thoughts on this? thanks.

A 1950 production would have been one of the last of these ever made; you wonder what was the last actual date of production for the model 81. (or approximately).

Is it know historically what caliber Model 8 is he said to have used ? Was it a .30 Remington or something else?
