Me too. My only letdown was not being able to get grits on Saturday morning at the Spring Garden Restaurant. So maybe next year we can eat there on Wednesday morning, i.e., the only day they serve grits. Thousands of acres of corn ... and no grits. That ain't right. Jack, Connie and the other family...

xtimberman, The 1895 rifle is one of the U.S. contract muskets. It was shipped from Winchester to the Springfield Armory on January 12, 1899. Don't expect to see a lot of Remington 8 and 81s at Tulsa. There will, however, be more Winchester 73s
at the show than Winchester made. And more Colt SAAs than Colt made.

At Dallas Arms Show on June 8, some dude had at least 20 Remington buttplates of different types and materials ...
take one or all for $2 each. Seemed reasonable, since I recently bought a Winchester steel for $49.
