Did any of you see GunBroker auction number 932475426 that I won. I think I know the seller and have bought from him before. It is a nice one, but did you see GB auction no. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/926343771
I should have bid higher, but I have had the same wife for 50 years. I did drool.
I thinck the rifle is worth more, but after taxes and shipping, it probably went at market price.

I have had some discussion with the owner and have pointed out that it appears to have a newer safety lever than it should. S/N 10 should have a "tear drop" safety lever in that it was probably produced the first day or two of production. The newer safety lever with the thumb piece on the ...

I think Remington had enough parts to build a rifle except for the receiver. The receiver was manufactured to use all the other parts...

If you are referring to the barrel nut. Try to find a Winchoke wrench from Ebay or other source. Not the stoutest, but works unless the barrel nut is rusted in or over tightened. L...

Jacket head over stamped with 32 Rem? This rifle should not even have a jacket head stamp or engraved caliber on the jacket head. That was done away with about 1907. This rifle was manufactured and shipped in 1920. What say you Cam?
